I began Vale Longevity Program December 2021, the month of my 70th birthday. My baseline test showed my biological age to be 67 years. I tested again after 4 months on the program with result -- 61 years. Six months later, after being on the program a total of 11 months, my biological age tested to be 56.9 years. I recently had my 72nd birthday and have been on the program for 2 full years. Most importantly, I'm feeling good!
